Ginger-Honey Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 1 Pound
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut acorn squash in half.
Scoop out seeds and stringy pulp.
Top each half with 1 tablespoon honey and sprinkle with ginger and cinnamon.
Wrap in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
