Baked Acorn Squash
|Acorn squash||4 Medium|
|Brown sugar||8 Tablespoon|
|Dark karo syrup||4 Tablespoon|
Cut acorns in half.
Remove seeds from each piece.
Place in shallow pan, cut side up.
Spread 1 heaping tablespoon margarine or butter in each half.
Add 2 heaping tablespoons brown sugar to each half.
Add 1 tablespoon dark Karo syrup, if desired for more sweetness, to each half.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
