Wash and halve squash.
Put 1 tablespoon honey in each half.
Sprinkle each half with nutmeg.
Place water in cooker and put rack above it.
Put squash on rack.
Close cover; put pres sure control in place.
When pressure is reached and control jiggles gently, cook for 7 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
