Baked Butternut Squash And Fruit

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 2 Pound, quartered, seeded, peeled, and cut into winch slices
  Apples 3 , cored and cut into winch round slices
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , cut into 4 round slices
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine squash, apples, and raisins in slow cooker.
Arrange lemon slices on top.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
Serve hot in small bowls with the rich, zesty sauce.
