Baked Butternut Squash And Fruit
|Butternut squash||2 Pound, quartered, seeded, peeled, and cut into winch slices|
|Apples||3 , cored and cut into winch round slices|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , cut into 4 round slices|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine squash, apples, and raisins in slow cooker.
Arrange lemon slices on top.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
Serve hot in small bowls with the rich, zesty sauce.
