Carrots And Zucchini
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Arrange carrots on a steaming rack, and place over boiling water; cover and steam 1 1/2 minutes.
Add zucchini to steaming rack, and steam an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Place vegetables in a serving bowl; add butter, salt, pepper, and parsley, tossing gently.
