Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut squash into halves, lengthwise; remove seeds.
Place halves, cut side down, in shallow pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Turn cut side up; sprinkle with butter, salt, brown sugar and pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
