Butternut Squash With Pecans And Maple Syrup

Lynn demonstrates how to make a delicious and simple butternut squash that is a perfect side dish for any dinner or Holiday meal.
Ingredients
  Butternut squash 4 Pound, peeled, seeded and cut into 1" cubes
  Maple syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted and coarsely chopped
  Cooking spray 2 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, toss butternut squash, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
3. Pour into the greased baking dish and dot with butter. Bake uncovered until squash is tender, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes.

SERVING
4. Garnish butternut squash with pecans and serve.
