Lynn demonstrates how to make a delicious and simple butternut squash that is a perfect side dish for any dinner or Holiday meal.
4 Pound, peeled, seeded and cut into 1" cubes
2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted and coarsely chopped
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, toss butternut squash, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
3. Pour into the greased baking dish and dot with butter. Bake uncovered until squash is tender, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes.
4. Garnish butternut squash with pecans and serve.
