Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
  Spaghetti squash 1 (salt and pepper butter or magarine sauce)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Butter or magarine   (optional)
  Spaghetti sauce   (optional)
Directions

Wash squash well; cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Steam or cook in small amount of water until tender. With a fork, fluff up spaghetti like threads; sprinkle with salt and pepper and melted butter. Or omit butter and serve with spaghetti sauce. Alternate cooking method: Leave squash whole; prick a few holes to release steam. Bake on pie tin in 375-degree F. oven for about 50 minutes, or until fork tender. Squash may also be baked in halves.
