1.Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
2.Peel, core and cut butternut squash into even slices.
3.Warp each squash piece with a bacon slice. Place it in a baking dish.
4.With a brush, apply maple syrup on them.
5.Sprinkle salt and pepper.
6.Pop it in oven, and roast for about 60 minutes or until tender.
7.Serve roasted butternut squash with green salad.
