|Yellow squash||6 Cup (96 tbs), cubed|
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, diced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
"Cook squash, onion, green pepper and garlic in small amount of water in saucepan until tender; drain well.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Place squash mixture in greased 1 1/2-quart ring mold; place mold in pan of water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
Unmold; fill center of ring with buttered green lima beans or English peas, if desired.
Garnish with small whole pickled beets."
