Carrots And Zucchini

Ingredients
  Carrots 4 Medium, scraped & cut into thin strips
  Zucchini 2 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a steaming rack and arrange carrots on it. Place rack over boiling water and cover. Steam for about 1 1/2 minutes.
2) Add zucchini to the steaming rack and steam for another 3-4 minutes.

SERVING
3) Transfer the steamed vegetables to a serving bowl. Add salt, butter, parsley and pepper. Toss gently and serve.
