Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
  Spaghetti squash 13 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
For meat sauce
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Large
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Green bell pepper 1
  Tomato puree 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh basil/2 teaspoons dried basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, chop up the squash and remove the seeds and discard them

MAKING
2) Into a pot, pour enough water and put in the squash
3) Cover with a lid and cook till the squash become soft and tender
4) Add in the salt to taste
5) To make the meat sauce, into a large skillet, saute the beef in its own fat juices
6) Meanwhile using a sharp knife, chop the onions coarsely
7) Mince the garlic using a garlic press or mince using a knife
8) Using a knife, dressed the peppers and chop them into medium pieces
9) Add the onion and the pepper to the beef and saute till tender

SERVING
5) Serve the squash topped with meat sauce
