Surprisingly unsual and appetizingly delicious, this Zucchini Parmesan is the all-time favorite around! Now with this simple and easy to follow method, you too can indulge in the wonderful recipe of homemade Zucchini Parmesan .
Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, tip in all the ingredients except the cheese and then cover and cook for 1 minute.
2. Then uncover and continue to cook, turning with wide spatula until vegetables are barely tender, about 5 minutes.

SERVING
3. Sprinkle with cheese and toss before serving hot.
