|Parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
1. In a large skillet, tip in all the ingredients except the cheese and then cover and cook for 1 minute.
2. Then uncover and continue to cook, turning with wide spatula until vegetables are barely tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and toss before serving hot.
