Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 1
  Sunflower oil/Corn oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped unpeeled apple 1
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Apple juice 4 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Halve the butternut squash and remove its seeds and stringy pulp

MAKING
3. Rub the cut surface of the squash halves with quarter teaspoon of oil and place an apple half in each of the cavities
4. Drizzle with honey and apple juice, sprinkle cinnamon on top adn cover each half with aluminum foil
5. Place both halves in a baking dish which is filled to ahlf an inch with water; place a folded piece of aluminum foil o keep the squash level
6. Bake for an hour and a half till done; remove the foil, scoop the apple filling out and halve the squash along with length

SERVING
7. Spoon filling in each cavity and serve
