Tropical Spaghetti Squash
|Spaghetti squash||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, hot|
|Canned crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained (No Sugar Added)|
|Red bell peppers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Green bell peppers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||2 Teaspoon, melted (Tub)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
1) In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients together.
2) Cover and refrigerate until chilled, if desired.
3) Serve immediately on a serving platter.
