1 Throughly clean the squash and remove the seeds and fibers.
2 Cut the squash into small cubes.
3 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
4 In a small bowl, add the lowfat margarine, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
5 Place the squash pieces in the grill.
6 Brush the squash with the butter mixture.
7 Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until tender.
8 The butter will drip into the grilling tray as the butter melts.
9 In a serving bowl, place the squash and pour the melted seasoned butter over the squash.
