Ingredients
  Spaghetti squash 1
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 13"X9" baking dish, place a whole squash and microwave at HIGH for ten minutes; halve it along the legth and remove the seeds and membrane
2. Place this squash in the same dish with the cut side up, add water, cover with vented plastic film and microwave at HIGH for twelve minutes
3. Allow to stand for two minutes

SERVING
4. Serve/Use as appropriate
