Summer Squash With Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Yellow squashes 4
  Sun-dried tomatoes 4 (Pumate)
  Oil from dried tomatoes 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh rosemary sprig 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice squash into round or diagonal pieces about 1/4 inch thick.
2) Slice tomatoes into thin strips.

MAKING
3) In a skillet ,heat oil over high heat and fry squash slices on both sides until light brown,by turning frequently.
4) Now add the tomato strips, rosemary, and salt and pepper. Toss well to combine.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately.
