Microwaved Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced (4 Medium Sized Ones, About 750 Gram)
  Parmesan cheese 50 Milliliter, grated
  Tomato sauce 250 Milliliter
  Mozzarella cheese 125 Milliliter, shredded
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a 20 cm (8-inch) microwave safe round dish, and mix zucchini, Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce.
2) Using a plastic wrap, cover the dish.
3) Microwave at HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes, or until zucchini is tender; stir once.
4) Scatter Mozzarella cheese on top, and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
