Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 1 Small
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) On a dish or rack, pierce and place a whole squash and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, rotating the dish 1/4 turn halfway through the cooking time.
2) Then halve and seed the cooked squash.
3) In the squash cavities add the butter, brown sugar, salt and ginger and cover with a plastic wrap.
4) Cook in the microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes, then allow to stand for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve on individual serving plates.
