Spicy Mashed Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2 Medium, halved
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter flavored salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Halve squash cut side down.
2) Preheat hot oven 400°

MAKING
2) Arrange squash in a baking pan.
3) Bake squash for 30 minutes till tender.
4) Scoop the squash from shells and put in bowl.
5) Mash squash and mix with remaining ingredients.

SERVING
6) Serve warm or cold.
