Spiced Winter Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash/Butternut squash 1 Small
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Pinch
  Allspice 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mineral salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°.
2) Take the squash to cut in half and discard the seeds.
3) In a small bowl, combine rest of the ingredients.
4) Brush the squash halves with the mixture.

MAKING
5) Use baking dish, to place the squash halves.
6) Place inside oven to bake for 45-60 minutes.

SERVING
7) Mash the squash or cut into bite-sized pieces to serve.
