Baked Butternut Squash With Apple Filling

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 1
  Corn oil/Sunflower oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unpeeled apple 1 , chopped
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Apple juice 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1)Using a sharp knife slice butternut squash in half. Remove the seeds and pulp.
2)Rub oil on surface of both halves of squashn and place cut half of apple in cavity of each half.
3)Sprinkle honey, cinnamon and apple juice.
4)Cover each half of squash with aluminium foil.
5)In a baking dish, take water about ½ inch and place covered squash halves in it.
6)Maintain level of squash by adjusting with an additional foil piece at neck of squash.
7)Bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees F.
8)After baking, remove foil and scoop out apple filling.
9)Cut the squash halves lenghtwise into two.
10)Scoop in apple filling in each cavity and serve warm.

SERVING
11)Serve as main dish with wine.
