Squash Au Gratin
|Sliced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced cooked squash||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Yellow Squash)|
|Crumbled crackers/Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Arrange half the squash in buttered baking dish.
Cover with half of the onions.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
