Squash Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil/Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Large, sliced and separated into rings
  Zucchini 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  Yellow squash 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , cut into wedges
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded process american cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a wok, pour oil to coat sides and bottom and heat.
2)Add garlick and fry for 1 minute.
3)Add onion and fry for 1 minute.
4)Add in yellow squash and zucchini and stir fry. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp.
5)Add tomatoes, pepper, salt and stir.
6)Sprinkle American cheese.
7)Stir until cheese melts and remove from heat.

SERVING
8)Serve with meat or fish main course dishes.
