NECTAR GLAZED SQUASH

Ingredients
  Pears/Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard shelled squash 1
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Fruit nectar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut squash into slices about I1/2" thick.
Place in shallow oven dish and brush with oil.
Sprinkle with sugar and salt, and pour the fruit over the top.
Bake in moderate oven until tender, basting 3 or 4 times.
Cooking time will depend on type of squash, and will need 45 to 60 minutes.
