|Grated carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole wheat bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Split the squash in half and remove the seeds.
Fill with the other ingredients mixed well together.
Place in a greased oven dish, dot with butter and bake at 350Â°F.
for 45 minutes or until tender, depending on size of squash.
