Vegan Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2
  Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pierce some holes in the squash and microwave for about 5 to 7 minutes. Allow to cool for few minutes. Slice in half and scoop out the seeds. Place on a baking dish keeping the cut side up.

MAKING
2. Fill in each half with, margarine and brown sugar.
3. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes until it uniformly turns tender.

SERVING
4. Serve with your favorite meal.
