Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
  Zucchini 4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium skillet, add butter and melt over a medium flame.
2. Add zucchini and onion and sauté for 1 minute until the onion is soft.
3. Pour water and add seasonings and give a good stir.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes, sautéing occasionally until the zucchini is tender crisp.
5. Add cheese and mix lightly

SERVING
6. Serve immediately with your main dish.
