|Zucchini||6 Small, cut in to 1 inch chunks|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Rotate zucchini in the Flat Standard Basket for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan.
Toss garlic butter with rotated zucchini and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
