Maple Glazed Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2
  Maple flavored syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
Directions

Trim ends of acorn squash, then cut crosswise into 1-inch slices; discard seeds.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange a single layer of squash in large shallow baking pan; cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Combine syrup, crumbs, and margarine; spread over squash.
Bake uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
