Turkey And Squash In A Shell

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 2 Medium
  Low fat plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked diced turkey 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Pierce squash with fork.
Microwave at High 10 to 16 minutes, or until fork tender; rearrange once or twice.
Halve and discard seeds.
Remove pulp, leaving 1/4-in shell.
Reserve shell.
Place pulp in medium bowl.
Blend in yogurt, sugar, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Stir in turkey.
Spoon squash mixture into shells.
Arrange halves in 12 x 8-in baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, or until heated, rotating dish once.
