Quick Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onion/3 to 4 shallots 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Zucchini 1 Pound, sliced (3 Zucchini)
  Dried oregano/Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese/Grated romano cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In saute pan, heat olive oil and butter.
Saute onion or shallots about 3 minutes or until wilted.
Add zucchini and cook, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes until barely tender.
Add lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Serve garnished with cheese.
