Zucchini And Corn With Cheese

Ingredients
  Zucchini 3⁄4 Pound (1 Medium Sized)
  Canned whole kernel corn 17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

1. Prepare zucchini for Summer Squash, cutting into cubes. Mix zucchini, corn, salt and pepper in 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until vegetables are hot.
2. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 1 minute.
