Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 1
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook squash following directions in Fresh Vegetable Cooking Chart.
2. Cut squash in half. Scoop out seedy center. Divide butter, brown sugar, salt and ginger in squash cavities. Cover with plastic wrap.
3. Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes at HIGH. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
