|Butternut squash||2 Pound, peeled (1 In Number)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut squash into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
Place squash in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 15 to 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add squash and next 7 ingredientrs.
Top with cover, and process until smooth.
Transfer squash mixture to a large saucepan, cook over low heat stirring constanrly, until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with grated orange rind
