Parmesan Zucchini Sticks

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Small (6 Inch)
  Sargento fancy 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon (Supreme Brand)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut zucchini into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4 inch sticks.
In food processor or blender, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; process until well blended.
Dip zucchini sticks into beaten egg, then Parmesan-crumb mixture.
In medium skillet, heat 1/2 inch oil; add zucchini and fry.
