Classic Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
  Acorn squash 3 Medium
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter squash 2 Tablespoon (For Each Half Of Acorn Squash)
Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Wash acorn squash. Cut in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down in a 3 quart (9" x 13") baking dish. Add water approximately 1/2-inch deep in dish.
Convection Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn over and add brown sugar, butter, and choice of filling mixture. Return to oven and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes.
