Marrow Balls

Ingredients
  Beef marrow 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed (from beef marrow bones)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Combine mashed beef marrow, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt and pepper in small bowl.
2 Form lightly into 24 balls.
