Squash With Yogurt
|Natural yoghurt||200 Gram (1 Carton)|
|Seeded mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Wash and trim squash. Slice thinly.
2. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes on high or until just tender.
3. Combine yoghurt, mustard and pepper and gently fold through the squash.
