Honeyed Winter Squash

Ingredients
  Butternut squash/Hubbard, or other winter squash 2 Pound, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover.
2. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until squash is tender, stirring twice. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
