Winter Squash With Cranberries

Ingredients
  Cooked mashed winter squash 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Coarsely chopped cranberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Thaw squash, if frozen. Combine with egg.
3. Stir in cranberries, salt, and pepper.
4. Turn into 11/2-quart casserole. Drizzle melted margarine over top. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
