Gourmet Golden Squash

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Winter squash/2 packages,12 ounce frozen winter squash, thawed 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked and mashed
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Saute onions in margarine until tender.
3. Combine all ingredients. Turn into 1-quart casserole.
4. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes.
