Fried Squash

Ingredients
  Yellow crooked neck squash 3 Pound
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Mazola oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Slice squash lengthwise.
Put in bowl, salt, cover and leave for at least an hour.
Roll in corn meal seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Fry in oil in large skillet about 10 minutes.
