Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
  Spaghetti squash 1 Medium
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
Directions

1. Halve the squash and scoop out the seeds and fibers. Put cut side down in a shallow baking dish and add 1/2-inch of water. Bake in a 350-degree oven until the squash is tender, about 40 minutes.
2. Scrape out the squash into a warm serving bowl. (It resembles threads of spaghetti.) Dot with the butter, sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and toss to mix.
