|Butternut squash||2 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Sesame seed||2 Teaspoon (toasted)|
|Wheat germ||2 Teaspoon (toasted)|
Wash and cut off stern of butternut squash.
Cut squash into thin slices and arrange in large skillet.
Sprinkle with minced garlic.
Add just enough water to steam the squash; cover and cook over medium heat.
When squash is tender, drain off any excess water.
Place on heated serving platter.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, wheat germ, salt and pepper.
