Baked Acorn Squash

Baked Acorn Squash is simple yet has an unique flavor. This Baked Acorn Squash is definitely a keeper. Don't be without making it!
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Acorn squash 1 Medium

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease small baking pan. Cut squash lengthwise in half; remove seeds.
2. Place halves, cut side down, in baking pan; bake 30 minutes. Turn squash cut side up. Place half of butter or margarine and brown sugar in each cavity.
3. Bake 15 minutes longer or until squash is fork-tender and butter and brown sugar melt.
