Parmesan Flavored Zucchini
|Zucchini||2 , thinly sliced|
|Sweet red pepper||1⁄2 , cut into strips|
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch zucchini and sweet red peppers for 30 seconds. Drain.
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute zucchini and peppers for about 4 minutes.
– Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
