Zucchini Mozzarella Parmesan
|Zucchini||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced into 1-inch pieces (4 Medium Pieces)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
In 8-inch round dish, combine zucchini, Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce; cover completely with plastic wrap.
