Winter Squash With Basting Oil

Ingredients
  Cut butternut squash 40 Ounce, cleaned and cut in 1-inch cubes (2 Packages, 20 Ounce Each, Food You Feel Good About)
  Red onion 2 Large, peeled, chopped to make about 4 cups
  Basting oil 3 Tablespoon (Wegmans)
  Sea salt To Taste (Wegmans)
  Cracked black pepper To Taste (Wegmans)
  Fresh baby spinach 6 Ounce (1 Package, Food You Feel Good About)
  Sweetened dried cranberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Food You Feel Good)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1.Combine squash and onions on large baking sheet; drizzle with basting oil. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper; toss lightly.

2.Roast 55 min, until tender and brown. Toss squash, spinach, and dried cranberries in large shallow serving dish.
